We at the MRI Group, constantly strive to bring our clients the best choice of properties, services and destinations from around the world. However, this year we decided to go one step further by offering current and future clients a dedicated 24 hours Overseas Property TV channel.
Overseas Property TV (OPTV) was launched September 1st on digital satellite, channel 287. The channel will provide an extremely useful source of information and entertainment to anyone interested in buying a property abroad. As MD of OPTV, I personally wanted to design programming that will inform viewers on every aspect of buying property overseas covering important issues ranging from the legal process and choosing the right mortgage lender to lifestyle matters.
Why Did MRI Create Overseas Property TV
At MRI we know that buying overseas property is an incredibly exciting but daunting process, so we wanted to create a channel that would answer your questions such as: Where do you start? What country should you buy in? How easy is it to relocate? Will your property go up in value? How do you rent it out? What are the hidden costs?
To help answer these questions and any other queries or topics, OPTV will interview the real industry ‘insiders’ – legal, financial, investment, retirement and other professionals to seek their expert advice and present their invaluable, credible and unbiased information. It is by listening to our clients that we have been able to create a menu of programming designed to make choosing a property easy and the buying process run smoother.
